The American Cancer Society asked Kelly to be the national spokesman for the launch of a cross country bus tour aiming to make the fight against cancer a major issue during the election season. It kicked-off in Cleveland Ohio and Kelly was on hand to share his sentiments about the importance of people coming together to advance the cause of cancer research and support for the millions of Americans that confront the illness. The cause is especially close to home for Kelly because his mother is a cancer survivor. He and all the people in attendance signed the bus that will be traveling across the country.
