Ceasars guards accompany each fighter and their teams to the official scale on stage. The United States flag waving at center in representation of both American fighters. After the weigh-in, Pavlik and Hopkins meet at center stage for the final face to face photo opportunity. Hopkins decides to push his face into Pavliks' face. Pavlik pushes back. Hopkins retreats his physical contact and quickly turns to trash talking with a scold on his face. Pavlik responds in kind, perhaps moreso. What's being said isn't known for sure but what is obvious is that tempers are flaring.
